Clear Coverage With Defined Warranty Responsibilities
Our warranty program includes three distinct coverage periods designed to protect different parts of your home over time. Year 1 covers workmanship and materials. Years 1 through 2 cover major systems, often referred to as inside the wall coverage. Structural coverage is provided during years 1 through 10, with responsibility clearly defined by coverage period. Next Horizon Homes remains responsible for structural coverage during years 1 and 2. Beginning in year 3 and continuing through year 10, structural coverage is backed by Zurich through PWSC. This warranty is designed to be clear, specific, and easy to understand.

How long is the warranty?
Our warranty follows a 1, 2, and 10-year structure: 1 year for workmanship and materials, 2 years for major systems, and 10 years for structural elements.
Is the warranty insured?
Yes. The program is administered by PWSC and backed by Steadfast Insurance, a member of Zurich North America Group.
Are there any deductible or claims filing fees?
No. The program states there is never any deductible or fee to submit a claim.
Is the warranty transferrable?
Yes. The warranty is fully transferable to subsequent homeowners, with no fee to complete the transfer.
What happens if there is a dispute?
The warranty program includes a detailed dispute resolution process. However, there is an arbitration filing fee of $80.
