The Cummings family’s lot on Eagle Chase Lane sits on a noticeable slope. It’s the kind of site that makes a standard floor plan a poor fit. Next Horizon Homes evaluated the terrain and designed a custom home built around the slope instead of against it, using architectural renderings so the Cummings could see exactly how the house would sit on their land before construction began. Matt met the family onsite to walk the property and talk through the design in person. The Cummings selected Next Horizon Homes as their builder, and the two are now finalizing the floor plan, finishes, and site details together.
